Airsoft Safety

Play safe / Play responsible / Play respectable

1.    Eye protection must be worn at all time by shooter and all surrounding personnel when operating an airsoft gun.
 

2.    Always keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot. 
 

3.    Brandishing and using airsoft guns in public is illegal.  Airsoft guns should never be taken out to a public location.
 

4.    Prior to using airsoft guns in your private place or other privately owned properties, be sure to notify any surrounding people that they are airsoft guns.
 

5.    Proper safety training and supervision is required if lending your Airsoft product to a minor. 
 

6.    Batteries (LiPo, NiCd) and compressed gas can be unstable if not used and stored properly.  This may lead to fire, serious injuries, or even death.  Please read warnings carefully before using.
 

※ Make sure you acknowledge and understand the inherent dangers involved operating airsoft guns and related accessories.  Please obey the law with where you are, use common sense and keep Airsoft fun!

Please read this legal notice carefully.  It regulates your use of this website and all material within it.  This website (excluding linked sites) is controlled by ARCHWICK®, which is a company established in Taiwan.  This site can be accessed from various countries around the world.  As each of these places have laws that may differ from those of Taiwan, by accessing the site both you and ARCKWICK agree that the laws of Taiwan shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use and contents of this site.  You also agree and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan with respect to such matters.

1.    All activities in which you may engage on this website are voluntary.  You are not required to provide any personal information to us, unless you choose to access features on this site which require the information.  If you do not agree with the terms of our privacy policy and our terms of use, please do not provide us with personal information, and leave the website. By using this website, you signify that you agree to the terms of this privacy policy as well as to our terms of use.

 

2.    We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time.  Changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately on their posting to this site.  You should check this policy periodically as its terms may change from time to time.  Your continued use of the site after we post any such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by the modified policy.

 

3.    The privacy policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond ARCHWICK’s control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.  This online privacy policy only applies to information collected through this site, and does not apply to any information we may collect from you in any place other than this website.

 

4.    We may ask you for certain information referred to on this site as "personal information," which may include, but is not limited to, items such as your name, address, date of birth, age, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card or debit card number.  You may be required to provide personal information to access or use certain parts of our website or features of the site.  If you do not provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to access or use the features of the site where such information is requested.  Such personal information, including but not limited to credit card or debit card number(s), may be stored and saved by us.

 

5.    There may be other instances in which we collect general information from you.  Such information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which enables us to identify your computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network, which includes the World Wide Web.  Such general information, including the click stream data and cookies, as mentioned below, may be collected from you whenever you access the site, whether or not you provide us with any personal information.

8.    We adhere to GDPR regulations for visitors in the European Union and CCPA for visitors in California.  We will validate all requestors' identities as required.  For all requests, send an e-mail to archwickairsoft@gmail.com.

 

9.    We will primarily use the information you provide to survey promotional content and to provide you with relevant products or services.  Information or materials might also be sent to you via e-mail about products, offers, and news we think might interest you.  We also analyze visits to the website and learn about the interests of our visitors to better understand our visitors’ interests and needs.

 

10.    In order to protect both personal information and general information that we receive from you through our website, we have implemented various security measures.  All credit card information processed on our sites are SSL encrypted.  They are transferred directly to the payment gateway that is AVS verified by your card issuer to ensure your privacy is protected.

 

11.    Please keep in mind, however, that whenever you give out personal information online there is a risk that third parties may intercept and use that information.  While ARCHWICK strives to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online.  By using this site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee the security of any data provided to or received by us through this site and that any personal information, general information, or other data or information received from you through the site is provided to us at your own risk, which you expressly assume.  

 

12.    We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information or general information to third parties without informing you in advance.  Our service partners may use your personal information to operate our sites and to deliver their services.  For example, your data may be transferred to website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in designing and operating the website, executing services, or helping us analyze collected data.  These parties will only use your data for the purpose of carrying out the work as agreed with us and will be required to keep the information confidential.  We will encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies.  However, the use of your personal information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners and is not subject to our control.

 

13.    We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.  We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful, as determined in our sole discretion.  Release of your personal data for security purposes, as described in this agreement to any person or entity under any circumstances shall be based on a determination made solely by us, exercising our own discretion, permission for which is expressly granted by you to us in accordance with this policy.
 

Purchasing & Shipping Terms

1.    We accept payment in USD via Paypal only on international retail orders.  We will only accept payment from verified accounts, and will only ship to the address linked to the account.  We will NOT send any shipments to unverified addresses.

 

2.  Not all items are available in all markets.  In markets / regions where we have exclusive distributors, we will only offer replacement parts / upgrade parts.  For a list of distributors worldwide, please refer to the “where to buy” section on our main website.

 

3.  Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis.  We only ship using methods with tracking service.  Tracking service is provided by the shipper, and we’re not responsible for any problems with the tracking service or software.  Insurance against damage or missing shipments can be purchased by the customer if it’s available.

 

4.    Taxes and duties are not included in the price; it is your responsibility to pay any fees (including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office.  We will only declare actual value on the export invoice as a commercial sale.


5.    Once an order is placed, the order cannot be modified.  If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please contact us at (886) 2-8502-0725, 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday (GMT/UTC+8) as soon as possible.  We will do our best to deal with it if in time to make any changes.

 

6.    We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel.  A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within either countries’ postal system.  Please understand that we have no control over customs or your country’s postal system.

 

7.    Before you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office.  In most cases, parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.

 

8.    We do not consider a parcel lost until after we have filed a missing parcel report with the shipping company / post office.  We can do this after 45 days.  Countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Brazil and South Africa usually have extended wait times due to customs.  

 

9.    Once we have filed a missing parcel report and we have a response from your country’s postal authority, we can then replace your parcel.  We will confirm with you on your address during this process.  We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address.

 

10.    Our warehouse quality checks and test confirms before packaging prior to shipments.  This includes barcode, item counting and parcel weight recording to ensure each order is made in full and correct. 
We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously.  If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 24hrs of receiving the parcel:

 

※ DO NOT throw any of the packaging or product materials away.  Keep the entire package 100% as you received it.
※ DO NOT USED.  Keep it as original.
Photograph the parcel and it's contents.  The photo must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly, and send it to us.

 

Contact Service Centre with the following information:
Member INFO/Order ID/Whole parcel pictures (include products, parcel and packing materials clearly)/Describe the problems in detail.
Failure to follow the procedures above will result in a rejection of the claim. 
Never accept a parcel that is crushed, damaged or products that have been used.  We also take pictures before we package products for shipping.

Return Policies

1. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because: a.) they were not picked up in time 2.) sent back to us for wrong contact info 3.) lost in transit 4.) receiver not available at address

 

2. Our warehouse quality checks every package for functionality and content (※Never accept a parcel that is crushed, damaged or have products that had been used.  We also take pictures before we package products for shipping.)

We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously.  If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 24hrs of receiving the parcel:

3. 4. If you’re returning a package for personal reasons, you will be responsible for all costs associated with its return. These include: outbound and inbound shipping charges, plus any duties incurred for re-import.

 

We will also charge a 10% restocking fee ( your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging ) & ( The buyer is responsible for all risks during the return process, such as loss / damage / customs clerance, etc. )
